In the new financial year, automobile manufacturers have increased the prices of the car, impacting the sales of the car. The biggest difficulty faced by the customer is about that they are not able to purchase the car of their choice. In this situation, the customer either buys the base variant or spends more to buy their dream car. But, there are some cars whose base variants have great features, which are as the following:-
1) Maruti Suzuki Wagon R:-
Maruti has updated Wagon R at the beginning of 2019. The new Wagon R has become more stylish than ever before. The price of Wagon R LXi 1.0 variant is worth 4.19 lakh, the price of top variant ZXi 1.2MT is 5.69 Indian rupees. There is a difference of 2 lakh Indian Rupees between both the models.
In the base variant, there are features like single front airbags, ABS with EBD, seat belt warning system, central locking, rear parking sensor, front power windows, body colour bumpers and gear shift indicator. At this price, many automobile manufacturers do not offer power windows and body-colour bumpers.
2) Ford Figo:-
Ford has recently launched its facelift version, Ford Figo. The all-new facelift version of Ford Figo is in competition with Maruti Suzuki Swift and Hyundai Grand i10. Ford Figo’s base variant Ambiente 1.2 is priced at 5.23 lakhs, while the top Titanium Blu 1.5 variant has a price of 7.55 lakhs. The 1.2-litre engine is available in the base variant, which gives the power of 95 bhp and torque of 120 Nm. At the same time, it gives the mileage of 20.4 Km/L.
Speaking about the features, it offers two front airbags, EBD with ABS, central locking, tilt adjustable steering and front power windows. Additionally, Ford is providing 5 years or 1 million kilometre warranty on Figo, which means that it includes 2 years of factory warranty and 3 years of extended warranty.
3) Honda Amaze:-
People are taking hands-on new generation Honda Amaze. After Maruti Suzuki Swift Dzire, Honda Amaze is the second bestselling sedan in the sub-4-metre segment. In the all-new Honda Amaze, there is base E-petrol variant which cost around 5.86 Indian rupees, while the top VX CVT diesel variant has a price of 9.56 lakhs. The base variant has a 1.2-litre petrol engine, which generates the power of 89 bhp and torque of 110 Nm. The mileage of the car is around 19.5 KM/L.
The features available in the base variant are Black Door handles, ORVM, two front airbags, ABS and EBD, rear parking sensor, front and rear power window. Also, Honda is offering a 3-year unlimited warranty.
4) Mahindra XUV 300:-
India’s renowned automobile manufacturing company Mahindra has recently launched its compact SUV variant under the flagship of Mahindra XUV 300. The sub-4-metre SUV is the most feature-packed SUV available in the segment. The base 1.2 W4 variant costs around Rs. 7.9 lakhs, while the top 1.8 W8 (O) costs around Rs. 11.99 Lakhs. A 1.2 litres petrol engine is available is the base variant, which generates the power of 110 bhp and torque of 200 Nm. The estimated mileage of this compact SUV is around 17 KM/L.
The features available in the base variant are OVRMs, Body-color door handles and LED Tail Lamps. It includes 16-inch steel rim, multi-mode steering, gear shift indicator, power tailgate, integrated monochrome injection system with 4 speakers, power window for four doors, electric adjustable ORVM, ABS with EBD, twin airbag, central locking, front features like seat armrests are available.
