Kawasaki Motors recently launched 2020 Ninja ZX-10R in India. The price of the bike is kept around Rs. 13.99 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi). Locally, assembled Kawasaki Ninja ZX-10R is now about Rs. 31000 less than the current model available in the market. Along with this, it comes with revised suspension set-up and braking performance. The ZX-10R will be brought to India through the Completely Knocked Down (CKD) route and as per the manufacturing company that this new model will be very close to the World Superbike (WSBK) race machine. The delivery for the all-new 2020 Kawasaki Ninja ZX-10R will start from June of this year, which was already booked while Kawasaki dealers across the country are still accepting the new booking.
In terms of the cosmetic appearance of 2020 Kawasaki Ninja ZX-10R is kept as similar to its prior versions, but it has included red accents on the firing compared to the older version. There is a power in-line in it, which is 998cc in-line four-cylinder, the liquid-cooled motor is the biggest update to be available in the all-new 2020 Kawasaki Ninja ZX-10R. The engine generates the power 200.2 bhp, which can be increased to 210 bhp with the help of RAM Air Intake. The engine gets new Finger-follower Valve activation and New Red Painted cylinder Headcover for a lightweight and more reliable setup. The cylinder head can now accommodate a high lift cam without any change.
Speaking about suspension duties, the 2020 Kawasaki Ninja ZX-10R has a back-link gas charged Monoshock unit with full-adjustable 43mm Showa inverted forks up with 120mm travel and 114mm travel in the rear. Speaking of braking performance, it comes in the front with a 330mm dual semi-floating disc and comes in a single-piston capiller with a 220mm single disc at the Brembo M50 monoblock capillers and the rear. The all-new Ninja ZX-10R has Kawasaki traction control, cornering management system, electronic throttle valve, engine brake control and ABS. Apart from this, there are three riding modes also available.
The all-new Kawasaki Ninja ZX-10R combat in the litre-class Super-Sport segment is from the Suzuki GSX-R1000, Ducati Panigale V4, Yamaha YZF-R1, Aprillia RSV4 RR and the upcoming new BMW S1000 RR.
