Maruti Suzuki’s popular SUV Brezza is now facing tough competition from all-new Hyundai Venue. The biggest reason for facing completion is due to its Diesel engine and no changes in the design for a long time. Now Maruti Suzuki is now ready to face the competition with Hyundai Venue. Changes in the upcoming Maruti SUV Vitara Brezza will be visible both on the exterior and the interior of the SUV.
The upcoming Maruti SUV Vitara Brezza will be the facelift model included with new grille and a new front bumper. The upcoming Maruti SUV Vitara Brezza will include projector headlamp, circular fog lamps and outside rearview mirrors with integrated turn signals. The SUV’s taillight is similar to the current model. Speaking about the interior, the latest version of Maruti’s SmartPlay infotainment system will be seen in the new facelift Brezza. This infotainment system will come with Android Auto and Apple car play support.
The biggest change in the new Maruti SUV Vitara Brezza will be in its engine. The facelift Brezza is expected to be launch with a 1.5-litre petrol engine with mild-hybrid technology. This engine will confirm to BS6 emission norms. This engine is available in Ertiga and Ciaz, which generates 103 bhp of power and 138 Nm of torque. Initially, it will come with 5-speed manual gearbox. However, later it will be available with an option of 4-speed automatic gearbox.
The Brezza with petrol engine will replace the Diesel engine model. Maruti Suzuki has already announced that it will stop the sales of the diesel version cars from April 2020 due to BS6 norms.
The launch of the upcoming facelift Maruti SUV Vitara Brezza petrol version will be around February 2020. The all-new upcoming facelift Mauti SUV Brezza will compete with Hyundai Venue with a 1.0-litre petrol engine in the market, the Ford Ecosport with the 1.5-litre petrol engine, Tata Nexon with a 1.2-litre turbo petrol engine, and the Mahindra XUV 300 with a 1.2-litre turbo petrol engine.
